This is an bootleg of Langrisser II for the Sega Mega Drive. There is a sticker on the cartridge.
 
The box insert has some wear to it here and there, and the cartridge label also has some wear. The plastic box itself is in poor condition. Part of it has been cracked, for example.
 
Everything is tested and works fine, as can be seen from the screenshots.
