This is a bootleg Pikachu Pokemon Pocket Monsters figure likely made in the 90s for sale in Taiwan and neighboring areas. Pikachu has his arms over his head. There is a bowl included in this set and some fruit, so likely the display has Pikachu holding this fruit bowl.
 
This is an unofficial, vintage product. It is quite interesting to see Pikachu in such a unique situation.
 
The product is new old stock. There are some imperfections on the outside plastic bag.
