Developed in 2020 since the actual Dragon Boat races had been cancelled, Dragon Boat Fest is the first in a series of games from ITG.Soft relating to Taiwanese holidays.
 
The cartridge shells and boxes are made from recycled parts, but the PCBs and components are brand new. This game includes a box and manual, and was released in 2020.
