This is a bootleg / copy cartridge of Saint Seiya for the Famicom. It contains CHIPS as opposed to globs. This cartridge was published by Kaiser and has the Whirlwind Manu ID LG15.
 
Everything is tested and works fine, as can be seen from the pictures.
