This is a bootleg / copy cartridge of Low G Man for the Famicom. It contains CHIPS as opposed to globs. It was made in Taiwan and sold during the late 1980s or early 1990s.
 
Low G Man was never officially released on the Famicom. This cartridge contains the North American version of the game. 
 
Everything is tested and works fine, as can be seen from the pictures.
