This is a bootleg 4 in 1 multicart for the Famicom. It contains CHIPS as opposed to globs. Games on the cartridge include Tetris (BPS), Tetris (Tengen), Flipull and Adventure Island.
 
Everything is tested and works fine, as can be seen from the pictures.
