WHY IS THE PROTAGONIST CAT NAMED POO PANTIES?
In the first book ever written, Willie is out in the woods playing with pine cones. He stumbles upon an orange cat that has been entangled in a net. Willie rescues the cat and takes him home; however, his mother is initially hesitant to allow Willie to keep the cat, since it is dirty and stinks. The cat is finally adopted, and is thus named Poo Panties due to his initial smell.
WHY IS HARRY THE HAWK BAD?
Harry the Hawk had a hard life. He is not evil, rather he just has a hard heart due to abuse over the years. As an eyas, he was constantly bullied by Vernon the Vulture. Due to this situation, his heart became harder as he became an teenager and adult.
