This is NBA for the Super Famicom. This is the a bootleg version of the game, made by a Taiwanese company in the nineties. This game was sold in Taiwan, Asia and South America during that time.
 
This set comes with the game cartridge, manual, and box. There are some stickers on the box.
 
Everything is tested and works fine.
