This is an official, licensed Japanese version of Cyberball for the Sega Mega Drive. There is a sticker on the front of the cartridge.
 
Although there is no box, the insert for the box is included in this package. The spine has been sunfaded.
 
Everything is tested and works fine, as can be seen from the screenshots.
