This is an bootleg of Batman for the Sega Mega Drive. It comes with a box. The box has some damage to it, as can be seen in the picture. The spine of the box has some sun fading.
 
This cartridge is interesting as the game's name has been translated into Chinese, which can be seen on the spine of the box.
