This is a copy (bootleg) cartridge of Ninja-kun: Majou no Bouken for the Famicom. It was made by a Taiwanese company and sold and distributed in many markets around the world including Taiwan, South America, and Easern and Central Europe.
 
The game works fine and is sold as a collectors item.
