This is a 7 in 1 multicart for the Famicom. The cartridge uses chips as opposed to globs.
 
The cartridge contains a few games by Hwang Shinwei, including some 18+ games. The cartridge label claims that this is a 12 in 1 cartridge, but it actually contains only 7 games.
 
Everything is tested and works fine, as can be seen from the screenshots.
