This is an NTSC machine. The machine has problems. By sticking a power adaptor in and moving it around, one can get the machine's red light to light up briefly, suggesting that the machine is not broken; however, we cannot get it to power on for a long duration. It might be possible to repair the machine.
 
This machine is sold as is, as a parts machine.
